Overview:
This 1,000 sq. ft. studio is a dedicated creative space designed for a musician and built as part of the larger Traditional Farmhouse estate in New Vernon. The studio sits on the upper level and includes a full recording setup, a bar area, and a bathroom.
Crafted with the same reclaimed Heart Pine flooring featured throughout the main house, the studio showcases natural finishes and high-performance acoustics. The structure features board and batten siding, a lead-coated copper roof, and meticulously engineered soundproofing, including double-framed walls and sliding acoustic panels integrated directly into the walls.
